​Our ancestral heartland and the foundation of our operational roots. In Aotearoa, we work extensively on customary marine title mapping, environmental DNA monitoring, and establishing formal partnerships with local hapū to ensure conservation is always grounded in Indigenous equity and kawa.

Operating with our on-ground partners based in Moorea and Papeete, our work in French Polynesia focuses on high-impact marine research, regional conservation campaigns, and fostering deep relationships with local communities to safeguard the migratory routes of our ocean’s greatest climate champions.

Tonga
The Kingdom of Tonga is at the forefront of our legislative innovation. Here, we work hand-in-hand with local leadership and the Royal Family to pioneer groundbreaking frameworks, such as the Te Mafai 'o e Tofua'a Climate Act 2026, designed to grant legal personhood to whales and set a global standard for marine protection.
