A legal disclaimer
Please note that the Moananui Sanctuary Trust is in the process of achieving full incorporation and charity status as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) under UK Law. During this interim period, donations are being securely held in a PayPal holding account. Donors acknowledge and agree that:

Donations made at this time are being held on behalf of the Trust, with the intent that the funds will be transferred to the Trust upon completion of its incorporation and charity status.

The Trust is working diligently to finalise its incorporation and charity status.

The Trust will not be able to provide tax receipts for donations until its charity status is complete.
The Moananui Sanctuary Trust is dedicated to ensuring that all donations are used responsibly and effectively to advance our mission. We appreciate your support and understanding during this crucial phase of our development.
Transparency and Accountability
The Moananui Sanctuary Trust is committed to transparency in all its financial dealings. To ensure accountability and build trust, the Trust will publish quarterly reports on its website, detailing all donations received. These reports will be made available from August 30, 2025. The reports will include:

Amount of donation

Donor name (unless the donation is made anonymously)

Total donations received in the quarter
Donation Process
Donations to the Moananui Sanctuary Trust are currently being accepted via PayPal. Funds received through PayPal are held in a designated PayPal holding account. These funds will be transferred directly to the Trust's official bank account upon completion of the Trust's full incorporation and attainment of charity status as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) under UK Law.
